I am a painter and a teacher. My paintings reflect my background as a biologist and my ongoing interest in the natural world. I paint in both watercolour and acrylic and am enthusiastic about many genres including landscape, still life, and abstract. I teach a variety of classes in my small studio on Protection Island, including watercolour and acrylic as well as Illustrated Journalling. My classes embrace both beginners and experienced painters who want to explore their medium more and acquire new skills.
