The Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy offers several streams of training:

- The Professional Clinical Art Therapy Program
- The Personal and Professional Development Program
- Continuing Art Therapy Training
- Therapeutic services

The Professional Clinical Art Therapy Program is a post BA/post MA intensive training in accordance with the educational standards of the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA). Graduating students become professional clinical art therapists with the option to become members of CATA. CiiAT is currently under review for approval by CATA.
