A low-lying island in Trincomali Channel located between Galiano Island and the northern tip of Saltspring Island the Wallace Island Marine Provincial Park is a beautiful destination for boaters and kayakers exploring beaches, coves and offshore islets. It is only accessible by boat: enter from Houston Channel to the sheltered anchorages at Princess Bay and Conover Cove and approach with caution due to numerous reefs and shoals. Its facilities are simple providing 18 wilderness, walk-in camping sites, picnic shelters, water and pit toilets. Limited development includes a trail running the length of the island and docking facilities at Conover Cove.
